This is where strength meets precision. The following are lab-verified caffeine ranges based on our recommended brew quick-starts.

• Espresso (1:2 ratio, 1.5–2.0 oz): 115-145 mg
• Drip / Pour-over (10–12 oz @ 1:16): 220-270 mg
• Cold Brew (1:5 concentrate → 1:1 serving, ~10–12 oz): 435-535 mg

Methodology: Caffeine levels are anchored quarterly via third-party HPLC testing and verified daily in-house with NIR technology.

Brew Guide

• Drip: 1:16 ratio, medium grind, 3–4 min brew time.
• Espresso: 18–20g in → 1:2 ratio out in 27–32 seconds.
• Cold Brew Packs: 1 pack to 500ml water for 14–18 hours, then dilute 1:1.
