Brew Guide
- Espresso: 1:2 ratio (18g in → 36g out)
- Pour-Over: 1:16 ratio (20g in → 320g out)
- Cold Brew: 1:8 ratio for concentrate (100g in → 800g water), steeped 14–16 hours. Dilute 1:1 to serve.

- Why is it called an "omni roast"?
It means we're developed a single, versatile roast profile that is specifically tuned to taste great as both a concentrated espresso shot and a more diluted filter coffee. It saves you from buying multiple bags for different machines.
- Any cold brew tips?
Always use a coarse grind. For an extra-smooth finish, try adding a small splash of mineralized water to your final ready-to-drink cup.
