Q: How is your coffee both strong and smooth?
A: It's all about our method. We use premium, naturally high caffeine robusta beans for power, but our meticulous roasting process eliminates the harsh, bitter edge. We then balance it with select arabicas for a remarkably smooth finish. It's engineered for performance, not punishment.
Q: How much caffeine is in a cup?
A: This is our core principle of Radical Transparency. We publish lab-verified caffeine ranges for each brew method right on the bag and product page. Q: Is it safe to drink?
A: Our product is 100% coffee with no synthetic additives. A general reference for many healthy adults is consumption up to ~400mg of caffeine per day. However, personal sensitivity is the most important factor—always listen to your body. We do not recommend our products for children, pregnant or nursing individuals, or anyone with a known sensitivity to caffeine.
Q: What grind should I choose?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. International expansion is on our roadmap. The best way to get notified is to join our email list at the bottom of this page.
Q: What’s your return policy or guarantee?
