Caffeine extraction is a game of variables—your gear, grind, and ratio all matter. Here’s how to interpret our lab-verified ranges to dial in your performance.

Espresso:
- The Profile: High intensity, small volume. The fastest route to focus.
- The Dose: Ranges are based on a standard 1.5–2.0 oz double shot (1:2 ratio).

Drip / Pour-Over:
- The Profile: Your daily driver for steady, clean clarity.
- The Dose: Ranges are based on a standard 10–12 oz cup (1:16 ratio).

Cold Brew:
- The Profile: Ultra-smooth, high-yield strength you can prep ahead.
- The Dose: Brew a concentrate (1:5), then dilute 1:1 with water or milk for your final serving. Our ranges account for both stages.

Phin:
- The Profile: Syrupy, concentrated clarity with a surprisingly gentle finish.
- The Dose: Ranges are based on a 4–5-minute brew (1:10–1:12 ratio).
