THE SHIPPING PROTOCOL: FRESH & FAST

We operate on a simple principle: fresh coffee is better coffee.

  • Free Shipping: All U.S. orders $49+ ship free.
  • Roast-to-Ship Cadence: We roast in small batches every week. Most orders ship within 1-2 days.
  • Track Your Fuel: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

THE TASTE GUARANTEE: OUR PERFORMANCE PROMISE

We want you to find the blend that works for you. Coffee is a perishable good, so we don't accept returns on opened bags.

However, if the first bag you try from us isn't the right fit, we’ll make it right. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and brief notes on your experience. We will work with you to send a replacement blend or issue a store credit so you can find your perfect match.

THE SUPPORT PLAN: IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, we will fix it immediately.
